From January 22-26, 2020, Gondomar (Portugal) is about qualifying for the 2020 Olympics. Teams that have not yet qualified can secure their ticket to Tokyo here.
TIBHAR is represented by many teams and players. Among others, Romania with Cristian Pletea, Belarus with Vladimir Samsonov and Slovenia with Bojan Tokic and Darko Jorgic are chasing the coveted Olympic starting place. If Samsonov qualified successfully, it would be the seventh Olympic Games he would take part in.
We are particularly excited about the games of the Polish team, in which TIBHAR newcomer Marek Badowski will be involved.
In the women’s competition, the TIBHAR teams from Romania and Poland can have high hopes for Tokyo 2020.
We wish all players the best of luck in Portugal!
We will continue to keep you informed about the results of the qualification.
