The third edition of the Düsseldorf Masters 2021 on April 25th his winner. He is 18 years old, Swabian and his name is Kay Stumper.
The Europe Youth Top 10 winner put in a strong performance last weekend. He was able to defeat Benno Oehme 3:0 in the semi-finals, and in the final Cedric Meissner couldn’t find a way to beat the TIBHAR junior ace – 11:5, 11:5 and 12:10 for Stumper.
Kay Stumper is proud and satisfied: “I made a lot of tactical changes against Cedric and Benno today after losing to both of them in the last tournaments. After I was a bit physically ill last week, I was able to win relatively clearly today and was also better in the serve and return area. That’s why I’m very happy with my performance.”
