Table tennis pro Darko Jorgic has extended his contract with 1. FC Saarbrücken by a further six years. He will play for the Saarlanders until December 31, 2026.
“I’m very happy to be able to continue my career at 1. FC Saarbrücken,” said Jorgic. “This is a great team and I look forward to playing with them for years to come.”
Jorgic is considered one of the best players in the world and is considered by many experts to be the favorite for the Tokyo Olympics. Its extension is a further step in the direction of Saarbrücken’s sporting dominance in Europe.
